Banana


Eating banana during acidity is very helpful. Cold Milk

Mint leaves

Goose berry (Amla)

Amla is a great source of vitamin C and helps in healing up the oesophagus and injured stomach.  Just have one tablespoon powder of Amla twice a day for keeping the problem of acidity at bay.

Ginger

Aniseed or saunf

Aniseed is good for digestion and helps in relieving the constipation.  It also helps in cooling and reducing the burning sensation during the time of acidity.
