Natural remedies for keeping diabetes under control



Diabetes is a major problem in today’s world. But a simple change in your lifestyle and diet can help you in preventing the diabetes. Control on sweets

Olive oil

Olive oil reduces the cholesterol level and also helpful in reducing the sugar level. Make sure, if the patient is diabetic, he or she should cook food in olive oil which can bring out some positive effects for a long time.

Neem

Amla

Due to its richness and hypoglycemic property Amla is great fruit for reducing sugar level. Even seeds of Amla are also very beneficial when they are used in powdered form for showing up the good effects on the diabetes.

Jamun
